Navigating the Platform
Main Account Navigation
The left-hand side of the screen provides a menu for you to navigate through all modules within the system. The following items are available to those with the highest permissions and include a short description of each module.
If a number is displayed in your menu, it is a count of your open tasks and unread memos. The count can be reduced by completing your open tasks, milestones, or reading memos and clicking “Archive”.
User-Specific Navigation
The bottom left-hand section of the navigation is where you can see your specific account details.
You can adjust your status displayed to others by setting yourself as Away. This can be done from the bottom right-hand corner of your Dashboard, by clicking the “Set me as away” button.
Content Area
The content area displays your account-specific data and changes based on what module you are viewing.
Filter Data
Most module list views will include the option to filter the information on the page, narrowing down your search for the content you need. By clicking the “Filters” button, the available filters for that module will display directly below the search field and filters button.
