Manage Roles & Permissions

Edit & Manage a User’s Permissions

  1. Navigate to “System” > “Roles & Permissions” > “Manage Users”
  1. Click on the user you need to edit
  1. A page will appear on the right side of the window where you can edit the user’s roles and permissions per module.
  1. Click “Save”

Create a New Role

  1. Navigate to “System” > “Roles & Permissions” > “Manage Roles”
  1. Click “Add Role” button
  1. Complete the role detail fields with the appropriate information (Role Name, Description (optional))
  1. Check all of the modules and the individual permissions within each module that the role should have access to

      You can choose to copy the roles and permissions based on a specific user’s access. To do this, use the “Copy Roles & Permissions” dropdown.
  1. Click “Save Changes”
