Proposal Configuration

We’ve added default proposal configurations to your account to get you started. Review and update the configurations as needed.

Within the Proposal Configurations, you will find your firms internal discipline options. These can be set and edited within Global Lists.

Within the Proposal Configurations, you have 3 sets of configurations. These labels are not editable.
  1. Scope of Services - Defines what the firm will do and deliver as part of the engagement. This section should describe the specific services, deliverables, and responsibilities included in each project phase.
  1. Assumptions - States the conditions or expectations that must be true for the defined scope to remain valid. Assumptions help clarify dependencies or client responsibilities that may affect delivery.
  1. Exclusions - Clarifies what is not included in the proposal. This section prevents misunderstandings by identifying items outside the agreed scope of work.
