Q: Why is my document signing not working?
A: Ensure you have downloaded ConsignO, and are actively logged into the software.
Q: Where can I see how many hours have been used to date across a project?
A: If you navigate to Project Billing and select the project from the list that you are wanting to see the hours used in. The slide over pane will open, you can now scroll down to the Cost to date table and click the Filter by: WIP only. This table will now show you your hours breakdown for the project.

Billing Support

Support requests related to billing, or account permissions will only be available for those who are set up as administrators on their account and will need to be able to verify their identity.

Any updates to stackd will display on the login screen of your account. Software updates are rolled out progressively to reduce the chance of negative impacts to our clients. You do not need to do anything to ensure you’re using the most recent version of the platform.
